Reviews
"Everyone there is SO nice and they take great care of the animals. Staff (Josh & Joe) went above and beyond in making our experience memorable. I learned a lot and enjoyed meeting/seeing the non-releasable wildlife ambassadors. Highly recommend to all! Thank you for all that you do!"
"What an amazing place for kids and adults alike! They have a lovely little children’s area where they can see reptiles up and close and personal, play dress up and pretend to be a wildlife vet. Every feature has so much care and intention behind it to connect humans with the nature we impact. I only wish they had children’s apparel because I definitely would have bought some t-shirts!"
"I come to York every year with my wife. Me being the nature and wildlife enthusiast that I am, I have no idea how we missed this place before. The animals they rescued all had stories on how they got there along with facts about their species. I felt a connection to each one there. It's a serious value at only a $10/person donation to get in seeing the work they are doing."
"It was okay. Most animals are nocturnal so they were sleeping. But cool to see a moose"
"Less animals the we thought there were. The animals are taken great care of and staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They also have a great kids play room. It was incredibly hot the day we went so that’s why the raven is panting. He had ample shade and water tho"
