"Be careful if you park in the lot across from her shop. She shined a laser in a friends eye while he was parked there for a few minutes (it was an empty lot except for 2 cars), called the police, and told the officer it was a flashlight. My friend couldn’t see out if one eye for over 30 minutes. My advice- find a different groomer and or teach her about kindness to strangers."

"I am so impressed with Helens expertise and knowledge. Hands down the best groomer ever and I've been using groomers for over 25 years. I will gladly pay her prices because she is worth every cent of it. Don't be cheap. Get the very best care for your pet. Ignore the negative review's. Helen is a direct communicator and if that offends you, remember who she is taking care of it's the pet you love and they love and trust her too and she only wants the best for them. I now trim my dog's nails every two weeks because she educated me and I understand now why it's so important. So if you love your pet do what she suggests."

"Such a wonderful place! Helen manages her business in an extremely professional manner. Even with being the owner and sole groomer of the facility, she accommodated me in a timely manner and I was able to get an appointment rather quickly! Most places otherwise are booked out for months. I would highly recommend her to anyone."

"What a disaster!! Our dog just got the worst haircut of her life. She gets groomed every 8 weeks or so, and she is a year and half old. By far, this is the worst ever!! We asked for her to be left with about an inch of hair evenly around her body. Instead she is basically buzzed to the skin but in very irregular lengths. Her face is many varied lengths. In addition, when I picked her up she was tied on a short leash to the door handle while the lady was on the phone. The dog was a nervous wreck when I retrieved her. On top of all of this, when I got her home, I noticed she was bleeding on her chest where she had been cut by the buzzer."

"Beware! When I called I was advise the cost would be $35 or less for a 17 lbs dog. When I got there it changed to $48.00. The owner advised she could handle any dog. I advised here that the last groom mistreated my dog and she might have a hard time since my dog was afraid of groomers She advise she would be able to take care and give a great haircut. Well, not true she gave the worst haircut my dog has ever had. I had to take my dog to Petsmart and have them correct and finish giving my dog a great hair cut and they were able to take care of my dog with respect and kindness. Not keep telling me my dog need some type of medication. I would never recommend this groomer. Just goes to show you better shop around before you decide to use a groomer. and read the reviews 1st or talk to locals."
