J&P's Barber Shop

"In all honesty, I wish I hadn't trusted the good reviews... Although, that may not be entirely fair, considering, I wasn't able to actually, GET the service I requested... Through absolutely no fault of my own though, since I did exactly what was suggested, and used the online tool/app to schedule my son's haircut for today, 3/14/23 @ 10am, AND waited until I received the email CONFIRMING said appt, before getting my 4 yr old dressed and ready to go, just so he could stand around outside in the cold, rain, sleet and hail, waiting for, not just 1 Uber driver to show up and take us to our appt, BUT 2 BACK TO BACK UBER DRIVERS, BOTH OF WHICH, CHARGING $10 each way, just to take us 4 minutes down the street to get to the barbershop, WHICH, MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, since, again, I confirmed the appt in advance, WASN'T EVEN OPEN (even though it says online that they open @ 8am on Tuesdays! Doors were locked, Shop was dark and empty, and the phone just rang off the hook hook every time I tried to call.... So, needless to say, no one was decent or considerate enough to even bother making an attempt to reach out to me to let me know that the shop was going to be closed for whatever reason, so yeah, IRATE, just like I said!!!"

"If you are looking for a walk in, don’t count on it. The barbers skip the order that people came in and have been waiting. I waited two hours and I only had three people in front of me which turned into 6 people in front of me and those 3 people. So if you want a hair cut make sure you make friends with the barbers there first other than that you are hit."

"Made an appointment for 4 today. I get there at 3:55 nobodys there. A guy from outback told me the barbers left but they close at 5?..."
