"I had an appointment for 4 pm and did not get started until 5 pm where I was then told to soak my feet for 5 mins so she could rip hang nails off the girl next to me. I ended up waiting longer than 5 mins. On top of the hour I had already been waiting. She then went to start working on me without changing her gloves and I had to ask her to change them. As I had just watched her work on someone’s toe that was bleeding from ripping out said hang nail. I did not see any of the tools cleaned either. The towel for my feet was also not clean & had little stains all over it. Almost like it was not changed in between clients just like the gloves. The pedicure itself looks nice & she was nice but with all the issues stated above I would not come back here. It came to $45 & I personally believe I should have been at the least offered a small discount for having to wait over an hour."
