"I know sue hasn’t been there for some time now, I got use to the other woman who has been there. She knows how I like my eyebrows. I went today and yet ANOTHER woman who I have never even seen. I needed my eyebrows done for tomorrow I have a special event and I am not happy with how they came out! I now have to be in photos smh When will there be a set person doing eyebrows?"

"I've been going to Sue's salon for 9 years. I was bullied a lot in school because I had the bushiest eyebrows and a unibrow. It took my mom a lot of convincing to let me get the middle of my eyebrows done. When Sue finished I went home and cried in relief. As I got older I was able to actually get my eyebrows shaped by Sue. One day Sue was closed and I went to another salon, the salon SCREWED up my eyebrows. Till this day I won't go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done."

"She is a bit rude, always in a rush and practically throwing you out of her chair. Before your even done she has someone else sit down and get them started like you dont even exist. When you ask her to correct she rolls her eyes. Shes local so its convenient but I wish she would realise how she treats her customers ( the people that help to keep an establishment Open)."

"went there on a Saturday for the second time and another woman was there besides sue. for the second time she has ruined my eyebrow shape, one is longer and thicker than the other. my right eyebrow is short and skinny and much higher than my left eyebrow. every time I get my eyebrows done sue always compliments my eyebrow shape and they come out really nice and even. today I stuck around because I was concerned and I told the other worker that did my eyebrows today because sue wasn't in, that I felt my eyebrows came out bad, she told me "are you sure? ask anyone around, here ask her (referring to another customer in her chair)" so I asked and the woman said they look fine but I can visibly tell that they are uneven so I just don't believe that they were fine. Rather than arguing with her in the middle of her store I just backed off. As I'm leaving she says "ask around honey I have experience 5 years of experience." I'm really upset, I go to sues and it's my favorite eyebrow threading salon, but this worker she has here does such a poor job on my eyebrows and her attitude is poor as well."
