I have been charged a sum of money for over 100 days now, and despite numerous attempts to contact your office and even visiting in person, the amount has not been refunded. This experience has been extremely frustrating and I urge you to resolve this issue promptly." I am treated like I am asking for charity from them, and no one helps me solve my problem. I just want my rights"

"Seriously, just want some peace and quiet and things in the unit to be functional for the price I’m paying. We’ve been living here for almost 5 months and it’s the worst place I’ve ever lived. From the start we had a leaking washing machine that flooded the entire hallway. It became clear that this issue was there with the previous tenant as the trim around the flooring was all warped and bulging when we moved in. So who knows what kind of water damage there is below the floors. Speaking of moving in, the unit was very dirty and full of pet hair on move in day. For the past month there’s been a strong smoky smell coming out of the ceiling vents that they can’t seem to resolve. I have asthma and this is a problem for me. We live on the top floor and it’s definitely something wrong with the HVAC as we hear loud banging from up above but we’ve written several service requests and they can’t seem to figure it out. Additionally the neighbors are the worst. Zero respect for others, people let their small children roam around the hallways unattended, playing soccer in the hallway outside our unit door, random children knocking on our door and yelling to be let inside, lots of screaming, and they don’t speak English to be able to tell them to be quiet. They also like to follow you around and piggy back on the elevators and entrances because they are unattended. We purposely chose a top floor for peace and quiet, however even the neighbors below us are constantly yelling and even though there is concrete between floors, the sound comes right up through the metal beams between the floor to ceiling windows. The amenities are just ok, great areas but again, random small children running wild. I have given up with this place."

"Moved in last summer and already had major maintenance issues possibly because of the poor quality control. Window pane was undone when moved in (cannot be closed!) and leaking is common. Shower handle, washer and dryer were also not properly installed. Imagine going home seeing water dripping down from ceiling. Management consistently ignores all noise complains. Please allocate some of the marketing bucks to ensure a livable space."

"Living here for the past two years has been an absolute delight. The location couldn't be more perfect – surrounded by a vibrant array of restaurants and stores, making everyday conveniences just steps away. Also the T is literally next door. The management team is responsive and attentive, ensuring that any concerns are promptly addressed. Maintenance is impeccable, and the common areas are always well-kept, providing a welcoming and clean atmosphere. Moreover, the building's amenities, such as the gym, pool and communal spaces, are well-maintained and offer a great place to relax or socialize. Whether it's enjoying a morning workout or hosting friends in the common areas, there's always something to do right at home. One of the most noticeable drawbacks was the subpar soundproofing. Noise from street and common areas infiltrated my space with surprising ease. In summary, despite the challenges with soundproofing and the busyness of the building, my overall experience was positive"
