"I tried to use the coupons I have from donating $1, and I told the person that I had them when I was ordering. I get to the window, and they tell me I can only use one coupon which is completely fine. Then I get handed back both of them because the manager refused to put the coupon through because they didn’t hear me say I had it when I was ordering. The person at the window was very nice and apologetic, but the manager on duty was completely useless."
