"We've rented the lovely back 2 cottages run by Rosemary a few times. She is a wonderful host and the cottages are fantastic. The location cannot be beat- Love walking across the street to Mayo beach or to Bookstore Restaurant or Mac's. A majestical little oasis."

"Beds were super comfortable. Right across the street from the beach. Everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal. The shower in the bathroom is a bit dark. Laundry wasn't available even though it says March through November. The host is very responsive. I would have liked a book with all the information for the Airbnb and surroundings instead of multiple documents and texts."

"We just spent a week here for the fourth year in a row, and it just seems to get better every year. Everything about this cottage is wonderful, and the owner takes obvious pride in keeping it beautiful. There is really no need to bring any kitchen equipment, or cups, glasses or dinnerware of any kind at all, and the outside grills are a nice touch - one gas and one charcoal. This is about as close to perfect as it gets for my wife and myself. All bath towels, etc. and bed linens are provided, so all you really need to bring are some clothes and a toothbrush. There are so many shops and restaurants in Wellfleet, you really shouldn't have to leave town for much. The drive into the town center is short, and there is plenty of parking in the municipal lot. You can walk to several restaurants and the fish store, all of which are excellent. Each unit has two parking spots, so visiting day guests can use one of them if you only bring one car. If not, there is a public lot within a short walk just down the street. I cannot recommend this beautiful cottage highly enough, and cannot wait to return next year at the same time. This vacation is truly the highlight of every year! We actually met the owner, Rosemary, this year for the first time, and she is a lovely woman to talk with. Her personal touches to this cottage reflect her fine taste, and there is a very nice assortment of stemware for you wine drinking needs. The flatware and knives are very nice, and everything was perfectly clean when we arrived. I miss the place already, but I now have a new goal - to return next year!"
