"Never stayed here but owners clear-cut trees on their property, which resides within National Seashore, without obtaining a permit, requiring town to issue a cease-and-desist order. Not neighborly and detrimental to National Seashore’s beauty."

"Place was super scenic and truly amazing. Staff is super friendly, this place is paradise! Cabins are all quite cozy and homey. The only thing I would add is that the WiFi is hot garbage. You’re best brining something that can connect to cellular which you can connect your devices. Also, phone reception here is not reliable either, so hot spotting won’t always work depending on which cabin you end up in."

"We loved Cook's! It is funky and a throwback to the beach shack colonies. I love that a place like this still exists!!! The beds are very comfortable. It has great ocean beach access and very convenient to the bicycle rail trail. It would have been nice to have had the dish soap with a new sponge and hand soap provided. Kevin and his parent's could not have been nicer and the repeat multi- generational customer base is impressive."
