"Had a horrible experience at this salon. I went in for a color, wash and set as I had a wedding to attend the next day. I have a high pain tolerance and didn’t seem to have an issue under the dryer. I also wear glasses that I don’t keep on while getting my hair done. The whole time my hair was being blown out I had no clue my forehead and scalp were red. Had my hair finished and wrapped, $160.00 later and went home. When I got home I saw my forehead was red and didn’t think much of it because I am light skinned and too much heat will leave a red mark but will be gone in the morning. When I woke up my forehead was blistered because I was burnt so badly and my scalp was beat red and painful to touch. I had to wash my hair out two days later because the back of my head itched so badly. When washing my hair out my hands were purple from the black dye that wasn’t properly washed out. Don’t waste your money here!"

"went to to this salon recently I have been here several times in the past, I went for a wash and set and trim, my hair is naturally very thick, when it was time to blow out my hair the stylist asked me do I speak spanish. I said no intentionally to listen to her bad mouth several clients in the salon including myself due to my hair being " too much". As a stylist that is your chosen job to style the hair without complaining about it. Very poor customer service to make a client feel uncomfortable and hear about other people who have no idea. Just want to give people a heads up what truly goes on - a customer who will never return"

"Nice salon and conveniently located. Organized and respectful. Service all hair types from my observation/opinion. Parking is on street so careful for those who are not very good at parallel. I go on the weekends so it's usually quiet not so much chatting while getting service done. Wait time is not too bad when you make appointments or call ahead. Definitely recommend this place to anyone."

"Highly recommend! My mother and I have both been coming here for over 6 years and have never had one complaint! Always working hard making sure everyone gets in and out! The product they use is great for my hair, and I always leave happy !"

"I've always gone here and never had a problem until recently. These people do not care about your hair, do not go here. They leave you under the dryers for way too long, to the point where I developed a huge blister on my scalp and didn't realize it until later in the evening. You'd think a salon that multiple people go to, the workers would actually care about their customers. I'd give no stars if I could, $40 down the drain."
