"I went in and told her my prior experience with having hairdressers taking off too much when they’re supposed to be just “trimming or clipping” your ends! Well, this young lady did the SAME EXACT THING! She cut 3-4inches of perfectly healthy hair! Probably because she was running her mouth the entire time! Well I will be seeking monetary compensation from her through civil court! I’m tired of grinning and bearing other people’s lack of skill and professionalism! Below are before and after pictures to probe my point! Trust me I did NOT want to post these pics but I will put my pride in the line for this one!"

"My daughter has shoulder-length natural hair. She had an appointment with another hair stylist earlier the same day for her very first silk press. It was a frigid day and the stylist's pipes froze. She could not do my daughter's silk press. The problem was that my daughter had a surprise photo shoot in honor of her 16th birthday the next week. We were scrambling to get in with another stylist the same day. Heaven on Earth accommodated my crazy request and Kerry-Ann did an excellent job! We were able to pull off the surprise! Thank you Kerry- Ann and Heaven on Earth staff! We will be returning."

"It’s been a month since those low reviews and I can attest that the experience at this hair salon is nothing like they were describing. I booked a last minute hair appointment and the salon owner (Kerry-Ann) was able to squeeze me in. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful throughout the entire experience. I learned a long time ago that it’s easier to write bad reviews about small businesses, than to address concerns to the owner and finding a compromise. It’s a shame how a salon that existed for a long time with positive reviews on other platforms is being weighed down by reviews that could’ve been handled through simple communication. I recommend trying this place out and getting to know the owner! The prices are reasonable and her professionalism is superb!!"

"$150.00 completely wasted, washed and crochet style. Instillation was questionable at the time, however, Ms. Ashley did assure me that she was well seasoned with doing hair. WRONG!!!!! She in fact incorrectly installed what was supposed to be a bob hair style, by putting the smaller locks as a bang. Ms. Ashley appeared to be professional, however, my view was changed. Time frame to have crochet done was from 12:30 to 2:45. Of course this was due to several interruptions. One was to style another clients hair, the others being to tend to her 6year old needs of a video game problem (in the middle of my appointment). May she reap great benefits from the $150.00, as it was a total loss on my part for chancing my hair care to someone with less knowledge of butterfly locks."
