"Called the 439 number to order, got outsourced to a call center outside of the US. Order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived on time and my order wasn't even in the oven yet. *edit: Pepperoni cheese stuffed cheesy bread was awesome! It's still ridiculous to outsource my order. Boooo."

"The one on New Scotland in Albany is better. The food at this one is good, but not as good as the other one. They also have terrible customer service. I went in to pick up my order and forgot to check the app before I went in. The staff there didn't even acknowledge I was there. I was even standing at the front register they use and no one even said hi or anything. Finally the delivery driver came back and asked what my order was, pretty sure that's not his job. They were behind and I didn't mind because I know staff shortages are happening everywhere, but at least recognize a person is there. Waited outside and finally checked my app to make sure it said ready before going back in. They didn't say anything to me again, and the delivery came back and gave me my food. Imagine if he's on a delivery for 20 minutes, do we just wait for him to get back? If your policy is have delivery do the in person customers too , it's a terrible one. I take my food to the car and realized a pizza is missing, so I go back in and talk to delivery driver. He then had to get the person making the pizzas to find the one I'm missing. Didn't even realize until I got home they gave me an extra side order, most likely but accident. If you have a car, go to the one in Albany, they a way nicer and easy something to you when you walk in everytime."

"Ordered food online and waited 2 hours before i called. After waiting for 20 minutes on hold for someone to answer,finally i was able to talk to someone. Well that person put the phone down on counter i assume because i could hear the conversations in back. I waited longer for them to pick the phone back up in which they did but hung up. So i drove to the store to get a simple answer. Where is my food I've been waiting for over 3 hours. The manager was the only bright light, owning the mistake and making my food for free, mind you they started making my food after i showed up. Well they couldn't find my order so by accident they made my previous order from 2 months ago, which took them 20 min to make, and my new order(order#84, i had to provide this information to them so they could find the new order) which took another 20 min. I finally was able to go home and enjoy dinner with my family at 9:30pm, until i realized they gave me chicken Alfredo in a normal dish and not the bread bowl i ordered(of course i want the bread bowl otherwise why order chicken Alfredo from dominos). How could following instructions from an order slip be so difficult and time consuming. Next time I'll make it myself at your store to ensure it's correct and timely. I expect a free dominos gift card for my time and patience. Again the only good about this was the manager trying to make it right for me."

"7-4-23- If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered 2 cheese pan pizza’s, one with light cheese and extra sauce; the other light cheese, light sauce with onions and peppers. The 1st pan with light cheese and extra sauce wasn’t correct, as you can see in the picture it has pepperoni, olives and mushrooms. I also ordered 8 garlic twists and lava cakes, as you can see, I received a sandwich and cheesy tots, which I didn’t order! I tried for over an hour to resolve this by calling the store, the answering service would transfer me to the store but no one would pick up. This is unacceptable, when you spend damn near $60."
