"Got a Bliss Lit with toppings and chocolate plant protein (they have whey options too) and it was PHENOMENAL!!!!! Filling without feeling weighed down- rather energized and full throughout the rest of my day!! Such a relief when a great lunch can do that for you!! Informative, patient and friendly staff as well! The establishment itself is soo creative yet light and happy. It is worthy of a planned return in the future! Everyone should stop in!!!!"

"The patio area is always clean. Smoothies are made fresh and taste great. Staff has been friendly the couple times we have stopped during our rides on the rail trail right behind their location. There is a bike rack to park your bike as well."

"Really good except high prices and the prices confused me. I got the Brewtus mocha smoothie which was really good($8.99) and had a lot of good flavor combinations. There were other smoothies on the menu for the same price but some of them were very basic. If I’m paying $9 for a smoothie I expect it to be more than just fruit and coconut water. So I guess it depends on what you get if its worth it or not."

"Very good food right off the bike/walking path. They have a large variety of bowls and smoothies. It did take a very long time as they’re possibly understaffed, but at one point it seemed like there was a child behind the counter (without gloves on) making our bowls. I hope he’d washed his hands before helping out, but it was completely unclear as I don’t think he’s an employee."

"So delicious!! Just go! I've had the Island Smoothie Bowl and Blue Mermaid on separate occasions and they were amazing! ... oh and pretty too. They don't skimp on ingredients. Takes a few minutes to make, so don't be in an immediate rush, unless getting the prepared juices. Sweet atmosphere- clean and friendly."
