"My family lived here for 30 years, after our landlord got a little too old his daughter took control of our apt and gave us the boot and hiked the rent... 30 effin years. My mother cried for weeks. Anyways the place is filled with massive amounts of cockroaches , mice , and water damage so good effin luck to the next people. Not worth it we just had that nostalgic feeling here so my mom didn't want to give it up. The way she goes"
