"Nasty just plain nasty... rodents, run down apartments and then on top of that you have to move every few months because he sells the building. Gives the driveway to people that supposedly pay extra.. DONT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! YOULL REGRET IT!!"
"I lived in a residence this man purchased for over ten years. He was by far, the most neglectful and uncooperative landlord I have personally interacted with. Which, was rarely, because he will do most anything to avoid actually taking a call from his tenants. Typical New Bedford scumlord. Months and months of calling to have anything fixed in the apartment was most often ignored and occasionally told they were going to call in maintenance and give you back, which they most certainly will not. Problems in the apartment only got repaired when the board of health got involved, and even then it was patchwork labor at most. The partial collapse of a bathroom wall that revealed rotting and molding wood beneath took over a month for someone to come fix it. Fixing it really only meant slapping a bunch of tiles on that started to fall apart within months because the structure beneath was rotting to begin with. He will one-hundred percent of the time try to blame the tenant for any repairs that need to be done. Don't let him. Hold the man accountable for his upkeep on his properties. If he dodges repairs for months, call the board of health. It is your right."
"I went into the office and the woman and manager we're talking about their tenants having HIV, swearing using the F word. They take your money for the cori check and then you never hear back from them. My landlord called them to give me a reference, she was told she was a liar and hung up on. I was so embarrassed. The woman who works there is ignorant and ride. Very unprofessional, low class corrupt people and company. I am reporting them to the real estate board. When o told the woman that word there I was offended about them talking about their tenants in front of everyone in the office she stated,"so how does that effect you! Mind your own business?"! Wow! Unbelievable."
"They made me go see to apartments which needed alot of work wanted a deposit before the work was even done and then lied to us. Very bad way to do business."
