"If you like to have the run around and never get a true answer. If your ok with this company using your information for an apartment and not even really check if it’s you or not. This would be a good place to go. This is by far the worst management company in the area. Be very careful if you choose to deal with them."
"Horrible the phone rings no one ever answers and when you leave a message he calls you back to tell you he will check the answer with the landlord and he never call you back beware of this whole company."
"I regret not reading the reviews before dealing with this place, especially STEVE, who I’m not sure if he’s the owner or the main broker/agent there. Super unprofessional. We had a few places lined up to look at, we went and made a choice same day. STEVE said the place was still available and for us to complete the apps and leave the deposit asap (both which we did by the end of that same day). We waited and waited and after 5 days holding onto our deposit and no follow up from STEVE, he called and said the landlord chose to go with someone recommended to them. So why did you ask for and hold onto our deposit STEVE? We gave STEVE another shot because we were desperate to find a place and he did have some options for us. When we decided on another place, he stalled and stalled, we would call and he wouldn’t answer, wouldn’t return calls or messages. After 10 days holding onto our deposit and getting us nothing (which a deposit is supposed to hold your place when the app gets sent in) we said enough is enough and went and got our money back. STEVE still had the nerve to charge us the $10 app fee (which we knew about but honestly didn’t think he would make a big deal since he held onto our money for 10 days). I do not recommend this place to anyone ever. They ask for your deposit and as soon as they have your money, they lose contact with you, don’t reply or answer and just give you the run around until you actually chase them down. RENTERS BEWARE. AVOID STEVE AND THIS BUSINESS. This guy is the epitome of unprofessional and he does not have your best interest in mind in finding you a new home. ZERO STARS"
"I will not recommend this office to anyone. They get my first check as their expenses without me getting the apartment. I don't know what they charge me for. Remember don't sign anything or give the any checks before you sign the lease and get the keys for your apartment. I am in the process of seeing this office to get my money back."
"me and my family were looking for an 3 bedroom apt and found this place on our search, so we went in and we told them that the landlord we had decided to sell her home so we had 30 days to find a new home, so jose helped us and brought us to some beautiful places we wanted to apply for lead us on with this beautiful apartment in revere and then days before bringing our money in to finalize it he told us some bogus story about how the guy decided to first rent to his best friend this his story changed again either way 30 days was coming to an end and need some where to live he brought us to this dump that from the board of health point of view is inhabitable. then Jose said to us it the landlord is going to fix it up i promise and told us he had nothing else to show us that it was this or nothing so being young and almost homeless we took it paying him first last and half of that relator fee and later that we signed our lease one of the member of his team was like the first house we made an offer on was just looked at and they think they found someone, AA Apartments suckered us into this apartment and because of that me and my toddler son ended up in a shelter form order of board of health and i lost my job because of the shelter placement was in medway ,mass. needless to say please please learn from my mistake and go to a company that cares about finding you a home and not some where that's only concerned about money."
