"It’s been great here until it’s not. It’s only when situation arises that it falls to the property managers to address it properly - otherwise we all can be property managers. In our case, they failed to properly address my neighboring unit’s noise issue around the clock. From time to time, we could barely sleep and regularly get woken up in the middle of the night by some sudden loud music. We have been in communication with them for over 5 months. We had to move out eventually after getting an okay from the mayor’s office because we’re done with praying for a quiet night before going to bed, but they are not returning our security deposit. A battle I very much look forward to. I’m giving some stars to Katelynn for being a friendly property manager, but if the management really values the noise clause in the lease agreement and in the state law as much as the first clause that specifies the rent we’re paying, you gotta do more than sending emails around. Again, your experience could be great here - things are always great until they’re not. I hope the rest of you have a better experience than mine."

Rebecca and Billy have been very responsive and helpful through the whole move-in process. It's been super easy to reach out to them for any questions. The environment is really clean and the community seems fantastic. Public transportation is super easy to get in and out of the city. I am very excited to be a part of this new community in Everett!"
