"Ron Mastrocola is an excellent landlord, and that's not something I would say lightly. I lived in one of his apartment complexes in Medford for several years. He was always very professional, responsive, and courteous. The complex I lived in was well taken care of, and Ron and his maintenance man (extremely nice guy) always took care of any requests made. They were also very respectful of my space and time constraints when access to the apartment was needed. Finally, and most importantly, when it came to money, Ron was always fair and reasonable. He stuck to both the signed lease terms and unsigned modifications, and I got my complete deposit back without any question."
