Windsor Radio Factory Apartments

"I'm currently in my second year here at Radio Factory, and I've been here since it first opened. The community is wonderful, and the management team has been exceptional. Jane, in particular, has been incredibly kind and helpful. She's assisted me with various tasks, such as streamlining the lease renewal process and addressing any questions or requests I've had. The entire team is highly responsive to residents' feedback, and the maintenance team is no exception. Inside the apartment, Appliances are nice and the insulation seems to do a good job in maintaining heat, especially during the winter months. The apartment has a warm and cozy ambiance from the bricks, lighting, and color choices. All in all, I enjoy living here :)"

"I just relocated from Colorado back to MA and over the summer I was trying to find the right apartments in Melrose that would allow flexibility in leasing (I don't know how long it will take to buy a house in Melrose), useful amenities, and nice community feel. My friends told me about Radio Factory and I am so glad I visited. First and foremost, Alexandra who works in the office, gave me an excellent tour and based on the thoughtful information she provided, that made my decision to go with Radio. I am here just a week, but can say that the apartments are well kept, nicely designed, the management team are friendly and helpful, and the community is very friendly. I chose a loft style apartment and glad I chose that, because of the ultra high ceilings and light that comes in. The amenities were tastefully and thoughtfully designed so residents actually want to use the space. I have already used plenty of the inviting sitting areas and the gym. I read reviews that weren't great but I have not experienced anything negative. I have experienced all positives. The staff routinely organize the package room and I have never had an issue with finding my packages. Overall, I am super thankful to have found these apartments and grateful for Alex! I highly recommend Radio Factory."

"Expensive? I guess. Maybe. Compared to what? But these are *really* nice apartments, with awesome 15 foot ceilings, exposed brick walls, modern fixtures, solid utilities, quiet neighbors, and LOTS of dogs. City-dwelling friends who come by have raved about the in-unit washer and dryer — so I guess that’s good too. (My comments apply to “The Mill Building” aka “building 2000”. The other buildings are probably okay I guess, but you should hold out for an opening in the Mill Building if you can. Because it’s AWESOME!)"

"Moved into the radio factory building a month ago with my wife and dog, and can confirm it is a great place to live: super nice apartments, great location and really excellent staff working here. Colleen, Jane and Alexandria are always extremely friendly and helpful with any issue that comes up, even when working long hours and weekends. They make a huge difference. Huge windows on the apartments with a view onto the fells is great, and location right by the T and 2 mins from a trailhead means you get the best of all worlds. Package handling is very reliable and professional. Facilities are very well maintained and the place is extremely clean - would highly recommend."

"Radio Factory is a beautiful new apartment community, built in a historic factory building with many of it's architectural elements restored. The management is high quality and they have carefully planned to offer services and surrounding that really make it a comfortable place to live. Personally, I enjoy the beautiful historic brick walls from 1888 and the original timbers still in use! Amenities are crazy:. A pet grooming station, bike storage with a mechanics station, public quiet places, gathering places, outdoor grills and assigned parking! 10 minutes to the orange line and/or commuter trains. Even a farmers market on the weekends!"
