"I had an apartment here and 15 days before I was supposed to move in apartment was given to me taking off line told me I thought Number looked at it signed papers. Gave a deposit in 15 days before I moved in. They said oh your credit wasn’t good sorry we have to let go of the apartment and put it back online. You can’t give it to you 15 days before moving in everything‘s in bags and boxes in a moving truck on the first Really that is the most horrible day I think anyone could do and it’s up to their discretion because it’s a management company not a landlord think before you go there"

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. It will be the worst decision you make. The people who run this place don’t care about the residents at all. I’m a current resident, and they treat us like rats in a cardboard box. They raise the rent whenever they see fit, they put ridiculous clauses in the lease and if you don’t agree you’re out. They slap fees on EVERYTHING, and lately there has been a building problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they surprise the tenants with inspections two days beforehand, and if you don’t meet THEIR date and time, you’re charged upwards of $500. Moving here was the worst mistake of my life, please run for the hills."

"My 12th years son and I lived there for more than two years and we have very good memories, the administration was always very kind, even though my English is very bad, they were always patient, the maintenance staff were all very friendly, and the neighbors were always respectful, very quiet Comfortable place to live. When I return to Boston, I will surely look for this place to be our home again"

She is such nice friendly lady with a sense of humor to relax you and give you a great feeling about the whole process. I loved it"

"Lived here for two years and loved it. It’s the absolute best bang for you buck anywhere I’ve seen in the Boston area. Management was very responsive, organized, and polite. Apartments are old (built in the 60s), but well maintained and properly cleaned/fixed up between tenets. Maintenance and landscaping crews are absolutely wonderful. Easy walking distance to the MBTA Orange Line and Melrose Main Street for shopping and great restaurants."
