"I am a new tenant at Mave Apartments and thus far I have to say that I feel I made one of the best decisions on where to live. The office staff are incredibly nice and professional and made me feel welcome all the time. My apartment is perfect for me and my dog, facilities are great and I love the coffee available to all tenants. I have to say I sleep well every night.I hope to stay here for a long time. "Alex T. welcomed us with a tour and was attentive to our specific needs throughout the application process and since moving in. The leasing office, management, and maintenance staff provide an exemplary experience for apartment community living that others should follow. The common spaces are spotless and residents are respectful, polite and friendly. The walls are definitely thick and we rarely hear neighbors which enforces the feeling that your apartment is truly your home as opposed to a shared building. I would highly recommend moving here!"

"I toured other area rental options and couldn't be happier with my decision to move to The Mave. The building and community are VERY quiet. My 2BD2BA apartment is spacious, clean and modern, with plenty of light and space. My kids love going downstairs to the lounge to get hot chocolate, and love swimming in the pool. There are plenty of places to relax and hang out. My dog loves the park and surrounding area, especially the Fells. The staff has been AMAZING all around. With all the other choices in the area, The Mave is at the top."

"My boyfriend and I moved here, to The Mave, in March of 2023. We LOVED the community feel we got on our tour, led by the AMAZING leasing agent, Alex T. Once moved in, we were warmly welcomed by the neighbors, maintenance crew, as well as the mailmen and delivery staff. It is clean, offers an abundance of amenities, and located in the best spot with biking/walking trails just across the street. Our dogs are THRIVING here as well! They are so spoiled by the staff and tenants. We met a lot of other dog owners at the buildings dog park and quickly became very friendly with that crowd as well. The reviews claiming the walls being thick are not lying! We rarely hear commotion in the halls or outside, even being close to the park. The perk of being just 15 minutes to the city and the building being set right off of the highway is also very convenient if you frequent the city for work or pleasure, head to the beaches in the summer, or go up north in the winters! If you are considering The Mave, come visit! You won’t look anywhere else."
