"Rats left to decay around dumpsters with no proper covers. The "super" Joe, is unprofessional and inept, he yells the tenants if they complain about poor conditions. If you complain to upper management about him they are clearly loving running the slum. Windows do not lock, bc they are poorly installed. It is never clean and people only live here as a last resort to homelessness. just being honest."
