"We recently had the pleasure on working with Donnie who was setting up a Casino Party for the residence as Alta Clara. Wow, what a great location and space. We love bringing the fun to people's home and the residences and staff there couldn't have been nicer. We had great communication leading up to the event and everything went perfect. We are jealous of the people who call Alta Clara home, as it is obviously everyone there loves it and was having a great time! Until next year!"

Donnie and Julieta are quick to help with anything I need and it is very much a family environment here at Alta Clara that I am extremely grateful of. "If you’re looking for a place that’s worth the money, this is it. A best kept secret? I’d say so. Some highlights: 20 mins to downtown Boston, via driving or the orange line within a 2 mile radius of the property, lots of food options in Medford, Melrose, Somerville, downtown Stoneham; 20 mins or less to the airport, fells reservation within walking distance (if you have a mountain bike like me, this is GOLD), pet friendly, THERE IS A POOL, this property is updated, true modern luxury. If you work from home, or work downtown, or would just like a mix of city and nature- look no further! These photos are from the fells reservation, just at the end of the street."

"I visit Alta Clara a lot and have friends living in this apartment and when I say visit a lot, I mean a LOT. Whenever I visit, I’m amazed at how friendly the staff are, as well as the neighbors. I’ve used the pool, barbecue grill, fireplace, gym, common area, conference room, and walked around the neighborhood. There are great walking routes for strolling around the pond and small trails behind the apartment. All gym equipment are very well maintained. The apartment is very pet friendly and the pet owners are very respectful to those who aren’t pet owners. They have a coffee section where they keep sweets for people to grab while they’re there for the coffee, and I think it’s these little things that really can make residents happy. I honestly have more good things to say about this community. You don’t see a lot of apartment complexes with such high star ratings on google. If you’re contemplating on whether to live here or not, I’d say 200% yes, you should."

"I have lived here at Alta Clara for almost two years and I love it. Super dog friendly, great amenities and the fells are right in your backyard. Daniel and Julieta in the leasing office are super nice and very attentive if you need help with anything. Washington and Mike are leagues ahead of what I’m used to from maintenance staff. They have been super quick, dependable and beyond helpful in keeping my apartment in great shape. The pool/grill area is fantastic in the summer. The coworking space is a wonderful way to meet neighbors. The pups love the dog park. Also, the free cold brew in the common room is amazing. There’s a lot to like! Thank you AC team for making this place feel like home."
