"Two stars for the measures that the building is taking, but really I just want to give one star. Don't live here if you ever want a good night's sleep, especially avoid the 3000 building. The alarm goes off all the time. The smoke detectors in this building are too sensitive and have been triggered more than six times in a year. Most alarm incidents occur in the middle of the night or early in the morning, around 4 to 6 AM. The soundproofing in this building is VERY VERY bad. Every time someone walks upstairs, the entire living room echoes with the noise. And we can hear every sound from our neighbors! We feel so glad that our lease finally ends so we can move. We have never lived in a place for such a short period! Besides these, people here are nice! The neighbors are friendly, and the management is good. We have never lost any packages, except for the time when the Amazon hub was removed without notice. Also, management is taking measures to inspect the alarm and remove unauthorized vehicles that have parked here in response to people’s complaints. However, these measures cannot compensate for our bad experiences over the past year."

"Never move here !!! Our upstairs neighbor has been making noise for a long time and we can never live in the house and we are thinking of moving from here. The site management never allows this situation and does not find a solution. They doesn't even respond to emails. They don't do anything because they don't want to lose an apartment resident, but they will lose us very soon."

"Think 100 times before you move into this apartments. I wish I could give 0 star. Management is a complete mess. Elevator is not working and they are not fixing it. Main entrance door in building 5000 always broken. Get used to to try to find working doors to enter the building. Today we realised that Amazon removed their hub without even letting us know so we can pick our deliveries. Important: If you see add that you will get a referral bonus do not believe it. It is a scam they never pay you. Neighbours always complain and bang on ceiling even if you just simply walk or go to your bathroom in your apartment. Soundproof is not existing. You will hear everything what your neighbours do. No privacy! It is worst place I have lived in my 40 years of life. Chris is a nice guy but no power to handle It took them 3 years to fix the doors in garage which cost me 2 brand new bikes. Both stolen."

"The complex is a decent place to live. The units are nice and spacious with good appliances. Maintenance is amazing and responds super quickly. However, the ceilings are paper thin and you’ll hear absolutely everything in the unit above you. The location is also not the best if you don’t have a car. The subway is a 20+ min walk and stores are another 10 min from there. The lighting from the subway through the park is decent but there are no street lamps from the park to the apartments so you’ll be walking in total darkness at night. Decent location if you have a car though."

"After having lived four years at Royal Belmont, I thought I owe a couple words of gratitude here. We very much enjoyed our life at Royal Belmont! The office team has always been courteous, polite, professional, and attentive to our needs. The maintenance team promptly resolved our issues including several major repairs on appliances. Common areas are very well maintained by super hard-working people. We will forever miss the privilege of living next to Route 2, Minuteman, fresh pond, spy pond, Alewife reservation, Joyce park, Harvard Sq...Goodbye, Royal Belmont!"
