"Just stopped by to inquire about any available rentals.The smiling lady at the desk quoted me higher prices than the one's they are putting out there thru Ingrams realty.The difference ,I assume goes to feed these people at Ingrams (they were obnoxious human beings the last time I interacted w/them.Their first question is what's your name ? if it's not Paul or David,you don't hear from them again.Gatekeepers ?) Why would Hill estates do this ? They have a big banner of Ingrams realty hanging at their entrance.Not much to be roud of ,for sure. What"s in it for them ,but loss? We have excellent credit,a stable work history,and never missed a single payment.Yet Hill estates is steering us towards these losers !"
