Despite the unsettling events, the management's stance on lease termination is rigid, with non-negotiable settlement fees. It's disheartening that they expect residents to be understanding during challenging times, yet when it comes to lease flexibility, they are unwilling to engage in further discussions. Stay clear of this apartment community if you can."

"Corporate run apartment building that only cares about money, maximizing profits, and increasing rent as much as they can each renewal. Multiple shootings in the span of months. Management doesn’t care. Promised added security that lasted a week. Once you sign a lease, they only care about you paying them. Front office not helpful or accommodating whatsoever."

"We lived here for 4 years and loved it! We moved out because we bought a house. The staff is welcoming and helpful and all the amenities are great! The complex is located in a convenient location, close to major highways, restaurants, the mall, etc., but still is quiet and has green space."
