"More of a stay by week or month type of place for people who aren't able to get apartments. Rooms have small kitchenette with stove top and small appliances but not really availability and not clean or maintained."

"Are they actually a motel? I called two years ago to see if I could rent a room for someone who was visiting us, the person who answered said "we don't rent rooms like that". So this leaves me with many questions. I live very close to it. My neighbors and I think it's wicked sketchy. My opinion by the answer given on the phone is they rent long term like an apartment... Only Brimfield doesn't allow multiple dwellings so they keep the name motel. This just popped up in my Contribute Google feed so, I thought I would review to save anyone the time who was actually looking for a motel."
