"The front desk was so kind and welcoming! The gal had plenty of recommendations for local places and things to see in the area. The room was very clean and tidy and the whole place smelled great. The bed was very clean as well."

"This place looks nice from the outside but is basically terrible. Maintenance is the worst. The leasing process was a nightmare, we had to keep following up because they weren't. Don't make the same mistake we did. Look elsewhere, you pay a premium to live here and it's run so poorly. Oh and the pool was barely open 2 months. It seems as though they let maintenance slip for years and now they have 2 guys to do the work of 4. I guess they have 1 guy that only does painting but based on our unit, he's awful too. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

"Absolutely disgusting management. This company really should hire competent people. The only good employees who get things done are Lori and Paul. They will also OVERCHARGE on absolutely everything. Please think twice about looking into living here. It’s also really gross and dirty throughout the Tewksbury complex. If you bring up an issue you’re met with attitude for absolutely no reason. We are all hard working people trying to make it. The fact that they try to swindle and overcharge people is disheartening. This company is a complete joke. DO BETTER. Also no inspection for the elevators."

"Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Super shady that there's a ton of 5 star reviews. When you check the accounts, these so happen to be their first review. In my time here, management was awful. Property manager changed like 3 times in a year, and the people in the office change often as well. No one answered phone calls or ever wanted to meet to discuss issues. When you did get someone they would somehow turn issues around on you. The winter here was hell. Pipes burst in at least 3 of the buildings. I was lucky enough to live on the 3rd floor (1st floor of my building flooded). Others experienced flooding in their actual units. Definitely not the luxury experience they market and charge you for. The issues are countless and definitely not worth the headache you will get from living here. We are lucky we got part of our deposit back after threat of legal action but many are not this lucky. Stay away from this place at all costs."

"DO. NOT. MOVE. HERE. My husband and I spent 7 dreadful months at this place and it was a nightmare. We didn't receive a walkthrough upon moving in, our bathroom floor was leaking for over a month from the toilet, the elevator inspection was expired (huge safety hazard!!!), and the common areas were beyond filthy and wouldn't get cleaned up for weeks at a time. During the height of covid no one took any precautions, the manager wasn't ever wearing a mask. We sent multiple emails addressing management and never heard back. They were rude, negligent and it was an inhabitable environment to live in. WALK AWAY. WASTE OF MONEY."
