"This housing complex is in need of major repair!!! My mother's apartment is always flooding with water especially the bathroom and kitchen. Maintenance is so irresponsible they don't do their job! They tell my mom they will come back to fix what is broken but they never come back!! I am sick and tried of them doing a sloppy job! I am going to hold you responsible if any thing happens to my mom!! not to mention the apartments are infested with roaches and mice!!! These are elderly people in this building some can't walk, the elevators are often broken down!! what's going to happen when there is a fire or an emergency !!!What is it going to take to get attention to these problems!! lose of life!! like the building the that fell because of water damage!! Hopefully the Federal Housing Authorities can read this and do something about it!!! Friday September 8 at approximately 9 am my sister got stuck in the elevator! When Is the building management or the housing authorities going to do something about this on going problem? when someone gets hurt? I am going to log everything here , I don't want to lose any family members do to negligence."
