"I’ve been a resident at Commonwealth Landing for close to three years. I have to admit, I would’ve moved out over a year ago had it not been for the amazing staff at this location. From the first day I arrived Shannon and Margaret showed me around the property and were very welcoming. Joe and Tony have also made it a point to address any concerns I may have had during my stay. If I could, I would buy the apartment I’m in now. This place is a gem, and it’s run by amazing people. #HighlyRecommend"
"Deciding to move out of the City of Boston, I was looking for a lifestyle change, and much needed peace and quiet. I immediately fell in love with the beauty and architecture of Commonwealth Landing. When I met with the Management team, I knew it was a perfect fit. Margaret, Shannon, Joe & Tony are always available & truly enjoy their jobs. They have also done an excellent job in dealing with any Covid related issues within our community by putting up informational memos & keeping all residents informed via email. I have been living here for almost three years. Other residents are very friendly. Great place to live, beautiful location and excellent staff !"
