"The woman I care for lives here so I have been around here for about 10years. property is always well Maintained(beautiful flowers & trees + maintained lawns ) -Most people are friendly & we have never personally had anything but good experiences with management.(which is onsite m-f unlike a lot of buildings where you need to call/email issues & have to mail in rent) -there are probably good & bad experiences for anyone1 but in general if you are a good tenant pay your bills & don’t cause any issues there then I don’t see anyone having a problem ( & that is the same for any property) -concerns have always been addressed, safety has never been an issue it is decently lit at night & layout of apartments are nice. . there is a bus stop in front that runs every hour if you do not have transportation & I routinely see delivery drivers Uber & Lyft. Amenity wise /management does programs for kids & sets up trips which is nice -there are several on site laundry rooms, off street parking ,playground & grilling area’s- property is non smoking (great for anyone with medical concerns) & most units feature pergot(?) flooring (looks like hardwood) & neutral color scheme w/ relatively updated appliances & decently big closets(not walk in) -.most people I have met have been there for a pretty long time (some longer than 20 years) & I’ve personally recommended the property to friends & family . -So In closing every property will have good & bad but if you want a community & a nice apartment then I would give it a shot"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Management does absolutely nothing with complaints. Constantly have problems with people upstairs from my family. Constant loud banging and jumping from morning til 2-3 am. Police have came multiple times. Nothing gets done. Only thing management says is to keep writing complaints and we will have our lawyers write up an eviction. This has been going on for 8 months in the year I have been here. Currently looking else where. As soon as we do we are out and not looking back."

"I deliver food here, and I've delivered food to many "projects" besides here too. It's not bad at all as far as they go. I would have no problem living there. There's some pretty nice people I've dealt with there. In fact there's not been any bad people. Sure your typical millennial who's smoking pot, and playing video games and doesn't tip good, or even at all. But if that's the worst thing there is to deal with. It's a pretty nice place. I feel safe going there, and I like the people that live there. I don't know about the management, or the people that are complaining about them, but I have a feeling there's a bit of a "disconnect" between them. I wouldn't let it stop me from trying to get a place there, unless I was an immature, and unreasonable person who didn't want to follow the rules. If that were the case. I would expect problems everywhere I go."
