And issues have been taken care of almost immediately and they are friendly as well. I am looking forward to staying here for a long time. "They knowingly allow their buildings to be managed by Sutton Property Management that cusses and laughs at home owners on their property, while ignoring infestations of vermin throughout the ENTIRE building, putting children’s health especially at risk. They just don’t care. Don’t do business with these professional slumlords."

"My sister and I moved in September 1st. Our initial experience was that the staff was prompt, friendly, and attentive during the application process. When we moved in, we were followed up with multiple times to ensure our needs were met, that the unit had no issues, and were offered additional support assistance if needed. We were introduced to the maintenance person promptly. The leasing manager is very customer service oriented, friendly, and thorough. We were given a tour of the community and are glad to now call Colonial Village home. We've been here for a month now, and thus far, our initial positive impression of the staff and community remains the same! We anticipate a positive experience during our time here as tenants."

The grounds are very well kept and look great. I do not have any negative comments. The pool is great, our 8 year old loves the park and the maintenance man and the office staff are all wonderful! So very happy in our new home."
