Marbella Park Place

"For Marbella Lofts on 5 Hampshire st. Methuen I just want to say, do not move in here. The walls are PAPER paper thin. They tell you the walls are thick, but they’re really not. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors plug in their charger into the wall and hear the vibrate from it being charged in. Your neighbors can have a normal conversation and you hear it crystal clear without having to try to hear what they’re saying. It’s like if they’re talking directly to you. Also, when my neighbor blow dries their hair, I can smell the fumes in my apartment. I can hear the people above me just walking. Under me. Beside me. Oh and when neighbors are doing laundry, the whole apartment shakes. we had a nice day where it was 60 degrees and flys crept into the building. Already and it’s not even March yet. Overall the apartments are nice and brand new but way too many more cons than pro’s. What makes it worse is the no elevators!!! And I guess since it’s a new building the mail man will leave the packages outside where people can easily grab!!! As I type this I hear my neighbors playing music on their speaker. At 10am. Not necessarily their fault because the walls could and SHOULD be more thick. So yeah, don’t move in here just because it’s methuen. I suggest just going down the street to new lofts that cost the same or even cheaper. With an actual gym, guest hall, play room and more storage."
