Watertown Mews

"Despite a year of supply chain hiccups, turnovers, and management relocation, I’d give Bozzuto at Mews a 4 overall for the 3 years I’ve been here. Property managers and maintenance staff seems to be experiencing turnovers or relocations within Bozzuto, so maintenance has been slow (supply chain issues helped). They used to be a full 5, but last year things were slow (I’d give them a 3 only because the property managers were all great or else it’d be a 1-2). Shoutout to Ed and Wayne. I hope Bozzuto get things figured out on this end. But this review is for maintenance services. When they do come, they’ve always been very professional and get the job done quickly. 5 stars today to Romeo, Dan and Shocka all did an amazing job servicing many things today. They’re all really understanding anf easy to communicate with. I hope Bozzuto retains its maintenance staff at the Mews—they’ve been excellent. I hope they find people who will work here longer term—the changes have been causing lots of delays."

"I had a fantastic experience living at Watertown Mews for the past two years. The location is great, with grocery stores and restaurants just minutes away. The staff team has always been prompt and professional in addressing any issues I have had. I especially appreciate Wayne, the property manager, for his help during the move-out process. The apartment itself was top-notch, with modern amenities and a spacious layout. It was also incredibly quiet and peaceful. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home."

"Great Community. Great Management. Luxurious amenities. Love everything about this idyllic, quiet, tranquil community. Gardens are gorgeous- perfectly maintained, mature trees all around the property. Lots of grassy areas for running around. Spacious apartments. Top notch amenities- pool, game room, gym, and so much more. Location is great too! Gore Place, the Charles River, Russos, and so many other great spots are within walking distance. Resident for 1 year now (2021) and the staff treat you with such respect. My experience here has been great!"
