"i've been living and renting in the watertown area for the past 5 years and bell apartments is by far the best experiences i've had. the management of lori + karen are like shaq + kobe. they're on top of everything and they were even able to relocate me to a different unit after i had issues with my former unit. the amenities are great especially the outdoor swimming pool, the conference room, the game/lounge room, the mail/package room, and the fitness center! it's a very quiet community which i enjoy and boston is so close! everything is always clean and organized. i love it here! thanks to the team!"

"I’ve been living here for a few months now and can’t say enough great things about this apartment complex! I looked at serval apartments in the area and as soon as I toured here, I knew it was my next apartment. It is tucked away in its own community with many nice amenities such as secure package room, social area, grills, pool and gym. It is quiet (can even hear the crickets—a change from the city!) and the neighbors are friendly. The leasing office staff (Karen and Lori) and maintenance staff are so kind, helpful and fast to respond. 10/10 recommend Bell Watertown for your next home!"

"I have lived at Bell Watertown for about 3 weeks now and definitely feel like I made the right decision to move here! All the staff I have interacted with have been great! Karen in the leasing office was so helpful during move-in, and both Sam and Miguel were also very responsive when I had a maintenance question! Plus the amenities are top notch (in particular the gym, which has great equipment)! The secure package room is also a plus!"

"Review updated Jul 2023. This apartment is still astounding and every aspect is still exceptionally amazing. One thing you should mind is their yearly rent increment. I am paying nearly 25-30% more than previous year. A lot of families left this apartment due to the abrupt rent increment. I renewed my lease but not sure for the next year. ->First renew. Rent increased 20%; appx. $600 ->Second renew. Rent increased 13%; $400. So, here is my idea. If you are looking for a place to live just one year as well as have found a good deal at the Bell, go for it. Otherwise, think carefully. Previous review: First and foremost, if you find any available unit in this apartment, do not hesitate to sign up. I am a researcher, so that analyzing and comparing is my nature. I've literally researched for three months and ended up here. I visited almost every available apartment in Brighton, Fenway, Newton, Watertown, Waltham, Lexington, West Roxbury, and so on. I will present three reasons why I have chosen this place. 1. Monthly Rent: [previous review deleted] It was comparably reasonable than any luxurious apartment around this area; but now, it is not. 2. Safety: for the apartment research, I visited every apartment at least three times: Morning, Afternoon, and Midnight. The bell has its own neighborhood, which means it is a bit distant from houses or another apartment complex. The noise level is consistently low from the early in the morning to late night. There is no smoking or party smell. Since my previous roommate was a stoner, I was so tired of smelling weeds and hoped to find a 'sane' place. If you come here, you finally find an actual 'smoking free' environment. The apartment neighborhood is quite bright at night and well maintained at all times. People walk their dogs during late night. I am so glad that I have never seen any crime ever since I moved to here, which support my hypothesis of safety! 3. People: prior to sign up here, I asked a few people how they like this apartment. Everybody replied they were super satisfied and enjoyed living in here. [They all left due to rent increment] Residents are friendly and respectful. For example, I was shoveling and cleaning my car after a huge blizzard. Neighbors shared their shovel and help each other to clean up their cars. Also, people have friendly conversation and swimming while grilling at the community center. Also, the community managers, Karen and Lori, they are the very beauty of living this apartment. They actually remember you and ,with professional manner, take care of every issues about you, including your packages. The maintenance team is also superb: instantaneous and responsible. You may know everything about the apartment: glamourous community center, spacious free parking, super high-ceiling, efficient unit layout, spotless appliances, responsible management, nice water pressure, the building faces toward South and you will get tons of light, and on and on and on. I have been living this apartment for 8 months and willing to renew my lease again. Yes, I checked several bad reviews and became concerned before I ended up here. Thing is, as a current resident and a researcher who practiced in his own research, I cannot related to anything with those bad reviews. Possibly, there were issues but not any more. So, I bet it is less likely to find any better apartment than this one, in my opinion. Please trust my research and be a part of my 'living experiment.' The attachment is my room and the community center!"

"I moved into 1BR at Bell Watertown Apartments last September and I am extremely impressed with the community. The manager, Karen, has been incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. She made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with my decision to move in. One of the things I love most about this community is how quiet it is. I work from home and need a peaceful environment to be productive, and Bell Watertown definitely delivers on that front. The amenities here are also fantastic. The pool is a great place to relax and cool off during the hot summer months, and the grill area is perfect for hosting barbecues with friends and family. The mail room is also a nice touch, as it makes receiving packages and mail incredibly convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Bell Watertown Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful living environment. The manager, Karen, is wonderful, the community is quiet, and the amenities are top-notch."
