"The apartment is really nice. I don’t have anything bad to say about it. Also, there are plug points everywhere, literally. If there’s a wall, there’s a at least two plug points. However, if you get an apartment next to the railroad, it can get pretty loud as the trains use their loud horn while crossing the road. And add to that, if you work in a place where you have to cross the railroad, their is a huge traffic both ways. I have waited more than 15 minutes at times just trying to get Bishop Street from the Waverly Street, and vice versa. This seems minor, but it quickly becomes frustrating if you have to wait in a non moving traffic for 15 minutes twice a day, every work day just in front of your home. And there is a always running fan in the bathroom that can be disturbing at night, that you cannot turn off. Other than above drawbacks, I only have good things to say about the apartment itself."

"Visited this community recently, very lovely complex! The management was amazing and the apartments looked beautiful. They seem to meet the luxurious standard! Location is perfect for me because I can take the train straight to Boston for work when I need to! Would definitely recommend giving this place a look."

"We moved here about a year ago and, admittedly, we had some concerns a few months after and did voice our concerns but they really stepped it up this year. The new office team, maintenance team and manager have been doing a really great job and any issues have been jumped on right away. The community itself is very quiet and the teams do their best to keep it as clean as possible with regular cleaners and maintenance crew. Although I was skeptical for a period of time I would now actually recommend, it’s a great place for apartment living in Framingham."

"Ariff, the leasing consultant, was really nice during the tour and he responded to all of our questions, showed me and my husband all the different options of apartments that we were interested, and took his time to let us see all the amenities. We have been living in Modera for a month now, and it’s been a great experience. The building is always clean and quiet, we enjoy so much living here!"
