"I’ve at Marriotts for the past 10+years and I’m grateful that they added Sheraton as part of the SPG/Bonvoy family because I’ve recently experienced FAR superior service and stats at Sheratons, including this one. Neveem is one of the most kindest and genuine people I have ever met, not just in the hospitality industry, but overall! She gave the warmest welcome and expressed gratitude for my status with Marriott, upgraded my room without request, and made sure that everything was going well with my stay after check-in. I wish there were more people like her running Marriotts! Later in the evening, I realized I didn't have my phone charger with me and needed a full charge for travel the next day and another agent, Michelle, went out of her way to find a charger for me to use for the evening. For dining at the hotel: Crystal took care of us at dinner, which was delish (compliments to the chef!), and she was on top of everything, tried her best to find us the Celtics game on TV, and did everything with a smile on her face! At breakfast, Juan was kind and courteous and took very good care of us! I recommend that for Bonvoy hotels that struggle with customer service, send your folks to the team at Sheraton Framingham to learn what authentic and quality customer service is and how to deliver it!"
"Great location, amenities are nice and being updated but staff is crazy rude. We recommended this location to a lot of friends and family traveling in town to stay for our event. We dropped pff welcome bags for all of our guests by name and room #. They didn’t want to give them & said it was suspicious, then refused to even let us go upstairs to meet our guests for a drink (even when our names were on one of the rooms). They didn’t question anyone else walking in or out of the hotel (there is a restaurant, etc). It was clearly discriminatory and we never received an apology. I would avoid at all costs."
"I am extremely disappointed with the hotel services. We had a good stay, great cleanliness, despite some stains on the carpet in the room and bathtub. However, I forgot a bag with shoes in the closet. I called for 4 days in a row and no one could tell me if they had found the bag. Until on the fourth day the attendant told me that the bag was not found. My fault for forgetting the bag. But how did they not find it if it was in the closet? This shows the terrible character and dishonesty of the employees at this hotel. I no longer trust staying there and knowing that someone from cleaning could come into my room and something would disappear. Unfortunately, otherwise I would make a good review."
"This hotel is an old classic with all the desired amenities. The atmosphere is quiet, and the facility is very clean. Easy in and out because it is surrounded by great roadways and offers ample parking. There are many ŕestaurants nearby, and the community is very safe. Various events can be held there for small or large gatherings. Great place!"
"Thankfully this place is undergoing remodel. It's rundown, the club lounge is not maintained, stocked or staffed, the rooms are dated, a bit smelly and the AC is awful noisy. Bathrooms are quite small and difficult to maneuver in. Beds are not typical comfortable Marriott beds. Yes, I know it's Sheraton however Marriott owns them now. The bed is wonky. The sheets and towels are clean. In general the rooms are clean and comfortable. Also check the creamers they leave in the room for coffee! Housekeeping gave us very old rotten creamers. They should be paying closer attention to the freshness of the products. Also, even though they have double pane windows I could hear the turnpike noise pretty well from the front facing room."
