"I visited this place and put down an application because I loved the brick lined walls and the overview of the lake. However, the happiness did not last long. When I came home I got to know that this place is in a dark area. They had an unsolved murder 3 years ago, and the management sold the building to someone else. Since then it has been a downhill. They have tons of issues with cockroaches, no security, anyone can enter the building, etc. I quicky retracted the application. So do your research before you go."

"Infested with roaches and mice. Junkies roaming hallways like zombies. Shootings. Stolen vehicles. Buildings set on fire. Unsolved murders. Loud music all night. Office is useless. Can't get packages delivered because they are stolen immediately. The list goes on. Don't be fooled by the office lobby and amenities. The rest of the buildings inside look nothing like the pretty office lobby."

"The most tribble place I have ever lived in. Th management do not care. I have moved out of this place on the first of November because my apartment and several others went on fire. I paid the rent for November before the fire happened. I still have not received the money I paid for the month of November and my security deposit, while I am basically calling them every day and emailing them. Do not go to this place..."

"Olivia has been an amazing, she made the process seamless when it came to applying for an apartment & she is very accessible if i had any extra questions. The land has every space to play multiple sports and a lovely pool. I love the BBQ area towards the front of the property, during the summer. The gym is new & i love the lounge area in the clubhouse. I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. Thank you for being amazing Olivia! Will definitely recommend to others."
