Villa Del Rio Apartments

"Moved here about a year ago and it has been definitely an upgrade! The staff and techs are wonderful and incredibly hardworking. Plenty of parking for residents and for having company over as well! It’s a lovely complex with great amenities such as pool, gym, elevators, laundry available in each building. I even get my packages delivered right to my apartment door which is such a bonus having trouble with lifting heavy things. The list really goes on for me. So far I enjoy living here and I’m happy with the amenities here. Thank you to the staff and techs at Villa Del Rio, and I would like to make a special shoutout to the maintenance tech Patrick, he consistently provides impeccable service and kind hospitality!"

"I call it home, i have lived here for 27 years. Alison and her staff are always very nice and polite, and if i have a problem they solve it promptly and are happy to do so. Mike Lataille and his maintenance crew are always saying hi and asking how i am doing, they go above and beyond fixing anything that might happen. The grounds are always beautiful, and the amenities are great especially the pool and the gym.The parties they have in the clubhouse are great to kept in touch with the staff and your neighbors, with food, drinks, and music. great place to live."

"I’ve lived at the Villa del Rio 30 plus years. It’s a wonderful community. The staff have always been pleasant and friendly. The grounds are well taken care of. Maintenance staff are courteous and accommodating. There are many amenities. They are currently building garages and updating the elevators"

"We got one of the 1 bedroom apartments back in 2018. It was very clean and well put together, with new doors and carpets. Over time we outgrew the space and moved to a 2 bedroom there. It was a different story, with the doors being absolutely flimsy like they were made of drift wood and didn't close properly. The banisters were all scuffed and the location of the apartment was right near the dumpsters which always smelled. The space served it's purpose but the raises in rent since 2021 have been ridiculous to the point that it was unaffordable. For what you get, it is no longer worth it. Overall community was nice but the experience with our second apartment left a lot to be desired."
