"From the front door to the back door a wonderful experience! My room was lovely! My bed was so comfortable that I wanted to purchase one like it. Right next to the airport. 24-7 van to the airport!"

"Fire the front desk and bar staff. Marriott has a reputation for customer service and hospitality. Easy enough check in, but after going to sit at the bar for a beer after a long work week, no one was there at 1815, App says it opens at 1700. Waited for 30min, then went to the front desk to ask if the bar was closed or if anyone was going to show up, was given an answer that the bartender was stuck in traffic and would be there in 15min. Waited for 30min. Bartender finally showed up, mumbled a “sorry” in a tone like I was at fault then proceeded to ignore me. The front desk lady came back, which I thought was to check on things, but it was to ensure she could order food with a friend of the bartender’s on the phone. Proceeded to be if ignored until I left 10min later. Apparently I don’t matter as a customer much less a Gold Elite member, why should I ever choose a Marriott property over another ever again!? The only thing this hotel has going for it is its proximity to the airport. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else."

"I would never stay here again or recommend it. The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in; the best description is my dog’s bed at home; full of lumps and not at all clean feeling. And the paper thin walls were the worst. The next door neighbor had plans and I heard all about them for hours. In fact, I just heard the dad ask the kids “ did you get everything?” Like he was here in my own room. I realize it is not a fancy hotel but if it had been priced appropriately I would not have been so disappointed. A 50 dollar hotel for $ 220. Price it appropriately Marriott , so people will know what they are getting. If you pay $200 plus you expect at least a decent night’s sleep. I’ve had better sleep camping in a tent. Less noise from neighbors , too."

"I’m giving this place five stars and here’s why: The first night we stayed here, our air conditioning was broken. It was hot and uncomfortable. Here’s the thing, things happen, and you can judge a business I’m not being perfect,, but as a fellow small business owner, I prefer to judge them on how they handle challenging situations. Brandon and Angelo at the front desk were super sympathetic; the hotel was completely booked, and at 11 PM, there was nothing they could do. That being said, I could feel how genuinely they were upset for me; they found a fan for my wife and I; and at the end of the day, they did everything they could. Was an unfortunate to not have air conditioning in early September? It was, but the next morning they .moved us to another room with great air conditioning, they compensated us for it happening, and they bent over backwards to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here, if only because the staff was committed to the guests experience, even when it was a challenge for the staff. Great job, friends, we look forward to staying here again soon."

"This hotel has probably been updated but it feels old and smells kind of funky. The shuttle took over 20 min to pick us up when it's about a 3 min drive. The room is decent but strange the sink is in the room and not the bathroom. The gym is pretty bare but they do have a cable machine and dumbbells up to 50lbs. There are some restaurants within walking distance."
