"at this location, all the rooms smell of smoking. the "manager" natacha bosses everybody around. she is mean with staff and residents. you ask her a question and her response always is "let me ask and i'll get back to you, I will let you know" but she never never gets back to you. the fire alarm goes off all the time and they have no laundry service even thought it says so. if laundry room is not in service, they should provide a discount. we, our company, will never use this facility again"
