"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at The Commons and the best part were the 2 main staff members at The Common, Olympia and Don. They were fantastic with any foolish question that I may have had and were always extremely responsive. They and the entire community was also very respective of my dog and he got very excited when we went to the office. The grounds were well kept in the summer and they were always on top of snow removal in the winter. I used the pool a few times and the water was clear from the day that they opened the pool to the day it was closed. The neighbors were great and fun to chat with when passing by or stopping for a conversation."
"We stayed here temporarily between selling and buying homes. Alicia, the leasing agent was flexible and accommodating getting us in. We ran into a couple of maintenance issues during our stay and Don was responsive, respectful, and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities (pool and work our room specifically). They offer family friendly events, which was nice. A family friendly complex with safe space for our children and dog to walk and play."
"I love this place it's a very secured the building's. I've lived here 5 years and I am here most of the time and its B.S about the Guy in the wheel chair. He is disabled and for him to have no clothes on is a bunch of bull. He has shorts on and shirt off catching some sun.The office people are very nice and when asked or told about things they get right on it. Grounds are beautifully kept by the Matience Man Don. They have special events for the Families. Beautiful pool and exercise room. people I have met here are very friendly and their are Dogs and they are friendly and are always on a leash. Cant get many places around like this and it's in a safe area."
"My fiance and I really love our apartment here. It's a great price for the area, huge master bedroom, huge tub in the bathroom, decent kitchen, and a nice floor plan. We are living in building 1, which was mentioned in other negative reviews. So far all of our neighbors are either nice clean cut people in their 30s, and a few older folks who are very friendly. No junkies with needles, no smells of marijuana (I don't care if anyone smokes it, but I'm really not a fan of the smell). And the person who posted a picture of the man in the wheelchair should be ashamed of themselves. He's a quiet man who just enjoys watching traffic. I've yet to see him do anything scary, and does not deserve his picture splattered on Google. Really, how dare you. The thought that this building is a drug den is laughable. To me I think those other reviews came from a couple of Karen's and nothing more."
"I just finished staying with my cousin's family at her apartment here. The place is ok, nothing too special. What ruined it for me was that one of the tenants in her building is using their apartment as a drug den. I didn't believe her at first, until I walked by the alleged apartment. The whole floor smelled of marijuana (which is legal in MA) but what scared me was there was some gross junkie woman with a NEEDLE hanging around the front door. She wasn't using, but it was still disturbing to see in a building with families and kids around. She will not be renewing her lease."
