"Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Free continental breakfast with delicious options. There is a small store with a variety of items (food, drinks, accessories) open 24 hours a day. My only dislike was that the bar is closed on weekends. But overall, this is a great hotel and I strongly recommend it."

"Was Blessed to stay @ the Element this fall & couldn't have been happier! Breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean, gym was nice. Was a bit bummed indoor pool was closed @ the time though hope to try it on our next stay. We needed our room temp adjusted, called the front desk, spoke with Stephanie who sent Samantha immediately & viola, she had it working wonderfully. I would love to recognize all the management & staff as everyone we encountered were wonderful! Thomas, Destiny, Kevia & Bryan along with the 2 lovely ladies I acknowledged above! Would definitely stay @ the Element again!"

"The hotel and room were great! The front desk staff left a bit to be desired. As a frequent traveler, I am accustomed to having a brief explanation of available amenities. However, we were greeted (if you can call it that) after a completed phone call with a simple "Checking in?". I was checked in and provided my key cards. I even had to ask for the location of the elevators. Luckily, the website provided details about an available breakfast service. At check out, we waited for another phone call to complete before we were acknowledged. I understand the need to address customers via phone calls. However, I do feel that an informal acknowledgment of my presence would have been sufficient. By no means will this experience affect my decision to stay at an Element location in the future. I would hope that I will be able to provide a more positive review. Thank you."

"Pretty clean hotel with large extended stay rooms. There was some hair on the floor, and the shower could have used a better scrub. Overall though, it wasn’t a bad place to stay and was close to my destination."

"We stayed here on our way into Boston and to do laundry halfway through our trip. The room was basically a one bedroom apartment with all the comforts you’d need. We had no issues with noise or comfort. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Parking is easy and free. The laundry room is on the second floor and has enough washers and dryers so you’re not having to wait and hang out there. The machines were clean and took a credit card so we weren’t scrambling for quarters. The breakfast is a full buffet with just about anything one could want. They had these almond croissants that were delicious! The area felt safe. We even walked at night to get some donuts. If we are ever in the area again, we won’t hesitate to stay here."
