"I stayed here for 1 year now. Couple of points to consider before you move in. 1. The utilities are not included. You have to pay for literally everything(Heat/water/AC/electric). The water heater is in-unit so good luck with your electricity bill. 2. The management is good they do respond to requests pretty quick. 3. Too many mosquitoes, you can’t open your balcony door or enjoy summer in the balcony. 4. Parking/other facilities like pool/lounge/package room is good. Overall wouldn’t recommend"

"Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment company. With less than 3 weeks until our move in date the office left me a voicemail saying to call them back. Once I had a chance I called and was told that our unit was no longer available because the current tenant wasn’t leaving. We now have to wait who knows how long for our deposit back (which we unfortunately are depending on to put down on a different apartment) and will be without a place to live in a matter of weeks. They gave no mind to the urgency of the situation and gave no support in accommodating us in the time being. They essentially held our money for weeks and weeks and never helped us and offered us a unit that wasn’t even available. Horrible horrible company."

"We lived here for 2 years. A few months before move out, the management changed. I didn’t dislike the old management at all but the new management team is fantastic! They communicate, they follow through, they do fun things! Our move out was also awesome. The management team went above and beyond to make our entire experience really great. We only moved because we needed a third bedroom for elderly family. Will miss this place and all it was to us."

"Can't say a bad thing about this place. Very clean, very accommodating, up to date and modern. Plenty of parking for residents and guests. Management is very friendly and helpful."
