"I had an appointment booked through the app. for 6:15 PM. Mari left shortly before I arrived there. Thank goodness there was a hairstylist there that was able to call her and have her come back or I would have been left stranded with no apt. When she arrived I let her know what we were doing. And her pricing was different than the pricing on the app. I was even more disappointed that she continued to argue with me about the pricing. Which mind you was a $15 difference that I paid more. I had no choice at this point because there was nowhere else to go. I am a consumer that goes by reviews. And her reviews were very good. However, the fact that her pricing is different online than in store is not okay. And she kept having excuses as to why it was different. None of which made sense to me...But again I needed my nails done so I stayed and had them done. I am a very fair consumer and I will not lie about the services. I was disappointed with the way I was treated in the beginning but the job she did on my nails was wonderful and I will give her credit for that.. She was also very quick doing my nails and still did a great job. I paid the difference and tipped her well and honestly I would go back again. The only reason I gave her three stars is because of the misunderstanding with the pricing and the fact that she argued with me about it. And the fact that she was not there when I arrived."
