"I felt hated and rushed here. They gave me a pedicure with my flip flops I wore off the street in there. when done she wanted me to pay while my feet were under the ultra violet light drying. I was sitting there for about 3 minutes before she came asking for my card to pay. In a frantic hurry for me to hurry up, pay and leave. It was about 1-2pm so they weren’t scheduled to close and there was about 1-2 customers in there so they weren’t rushing due to being busy. She didn't even want a tip they just wanted me to leave. I’ve never caused a single problem at any establishment my entire life. I came in quiet, didn’t make a fuss at all about anything. Asked for a simple French mani/pedi on real nails, traditional color. The only words I uttered. they was just acting that way to me. But not their other customers, I observed it all and so did their customers. I never been treated like that in my entire life and will NEVER go here again."

"this was the worst nail place i’ve ever been too. They rushed and made excuses why it didn’t come out good. The paint started coming off as i left. the shapes and length weren’t even close to good or even. don’t waste your money!"

"Carol and lee are awesome. Don’t believe all those negative reviews. Go see for yourself. Guys usually don’t get pedicures but lees does a fine job always kidding if I want polish. It’s not often you see big burly males sitting I. The chair getting a pedi. I’m going there soon and have been a customer for years. Great people, great job. My wife likes the outcome so happy wife, happy life. Brian O"

"I live walking distance. So I always walk in and ask can I get a pedicure. Yesterday 4/22/22 I called and ask what time they close The Owner who is a woman says 7pm. It’s 5:00 I get off work I arrive and ask for a pedicure she tells me she’s booked. So I said if you were booked why didn’t you just say you had no availability since you aren’t taking walk ins. So I ask what’s the next time you’re available she says Saturday the 23rd @1:30 pm. I said ok I will be here tomorrow at 1:30 pm and she said ok and let me walk out the door. Today is the 23rd I go in at 12:30 asking how much my pedicure would be she said she’s booked. So at this point we’re going back and forth because she’s telling me I didn’t leave a name to confirm my appointment. So I’m arguing with her . This is your shop. I’m not a regular customer to know your procedures on booking. She let me walk out the door Friday without taking my name down for my appointment ; used her being busy as an excuse not to take my name and gave my appointment to someone else. Blaming me for not leaving a name and number when she never told me from the beginning in order to confirm this appointment I need your name. So she didn’t even try to squeeze me in . I just wanted a pedicure to clean my toes. I don’t even get nail polish . So she was very rude about the situation when she was in the wrong and kept telling me to come Monday. I will not be returning and advise anyone to get a pedicure somewhere else. Chop shops are the worst !"

"I was in get my mani/pedi for my wedding. I was the bride. They rushed through my pedicure, there were still rough dry skin patches. I had to use my pumice when I got home. My nails are terrible. There is a gap between the nail and nail bed. The nails on my thumbs are not even close to the same length. The thickness (I got dip) of each nail is different. I got them done on Thursday today is wednesday and I am going to another place to have them fixed today at 4!"
