"I just got my nails done and I love it Love this place"
"I recently visited an excellent salon, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff was incredibly skilled and attentive to my needs, ensuring I left with a hairstyle that left me feeling confident and satisfied. The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. I was impressed with the wide range of services they offered, and I can't wait to return for another pampering session. Overall, I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for top-notch beauty and relaxation services."
"I would not recommend you go to Larissa DaSilva who does eyelash extensions there. She is extremely unprofessional. (1) She notified me that she changed her prices the day of my appointment when I was already laying down on her bench instead of saying that she will be increasing her prices so starting the next time I come it will be a different price. I ended up paying the higher price that day because where was I going to get another appointment the same day at a different salon? Plus, she would've charged me a $50 cancellation fee for the appointment. I was stuck. (2) She started sharing her room with her cousin so now instead of it just being me in a relaxing, quiet environment, there was another client in there & they would all talk no longer creating a quiet, relaxing environment. (3) This one is what made me decide to never again go back to her. Last Friday, there was a multi vehicle crash on the Sagamore Bridge causing the police to shut down the bridge. I live off Cape. I was in grid locked traffic. I texted her the situation and followed up once I found out why I was not moving. She charged me a $50 no show fee. When I explained it was out of my control & asked if the fee could be applied to my next visit, her response was, "No. I have bills to pay." I asked who I could speak to about it and she said, “Me. I’m the boss.”I honestly could not believe that was her response as this was a unique situation & the cancellation policy clearly states “you may be charged.” She had the authority not to charge me, but did anyway. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. They were shocked by the lack of professionalism from her regarding the special circumstances that took place last Friday. Find someone better to go to. You will regret going to her."
"This experience is unique. And the reason I am writing this mix review is because I feel that I at the end of the day we were not treated fairly. It was my daughters first time to a hair salon. She was getting highlights done. Right away the hair dresser asked if she had other chemicals in her hair because her hair started to change color immediately. And I guess that is not normal. I am not a hair dresser, I don’t know how that works. But she has never had anything done to her hair, other than hair cuts. Her hair started to smoke and scalp started to burn. Immediately the hairdresser took her to the sink removed the foils and took care of my scared daughter. My daughters hair dresser was excellent. She really seemed to care and was very very sweet. (I wish I could remember her name) she was a bit scared herself she expressed that to her co workers. My daughters highlights did start to break, fall out etc. They had to stop and didn’t finish, washed it out. And let my daughters hair air dry. All this took less than a half hour. (About 15-20mins TOPS) I also had my hair colored, cut, washed and dried by her and she did and excellent job. My daughter sat there with me, her strands falling. (On our way home my daughter cried she said she was holding it in from the public) The hair dresser did come over a couple times to try to comfort her. HOWEVER... here is where the problem comes in. We go to check out and what I think is either the owner / manager gives me the total. They charge us FULL price for my daughters appointment. This is appalling! There was nothing taken off, talked about or percentage taken off. A person in the front said “call us if you need anything” - her hair is already breaking off... we were the second to last people to leave on Saturday 10/5/19 our appointment was for 3:30 pm. So if owners read this they can contact me. Should they desire. I feel like we were taken advantage of and treated monetarily unfair.(UPDATE: we were never contacted. They never made it right.) a couple years now-I have moved in to Sarah at another salon, who tested my daughters hair. She got her highlights for HALF…the price. And no issues with the chemicals used. Will not return to this salon."
