"The worst pedicure I have ever had. I went there for years and they were great. Changed owners and all went downhill. The staff spoke no English. All had to be translated. No idea what I wanted. Did not apply a top coat and all polish was chipped off within a couple of days."

"I was in the area for business and needed to get a root touch up. The stylist asked if she could put a few highlights in to make the roots blend. I agreed but I wanted them natural looking and not too light. While I was processing she checked a section and I told her it looked way too light but she had me sit 10 minutes more. The highlights came out way too light. The process damaged my scalp and I had to see a dermatologist and am still undergoing treatment. I have had my hair colored for 30 years and never had an issue. And my fault for not asking ahead what the price was but I paid over $100 more than I pay at my home salon for the same services."

Dani was my stylist and she did an AMAZING job! Although she wasn’t able to speak English very well, I could tell she knew what she was doing. "My boys scheduled me for a weekend getaway for mother's day in the Cape. They tried to book a facial at the salon in the hotel where we were staying but they were booked. They ended up getting an appointment the day before at Unique. I was hesitant, as I had never been there before. I have to say, it was a very pleasant experience. Cierly did my facial. She did such a great job. It was relaxing yet very effective, as she was extremely thorough. They even notified me of a promotion going on when I went to pay, which resulted in the service costing less than what it was booked for. I highly recommend this salon."

This was my first time getting my eyebrows done and it was such a great experience, I know I will have a problem finding another place that measures up.
