"Do not rent here if you have a business! I call rented a truck last Tuesday for a week called this past Saturday to extend I was told I was told I was extended until 8/8 but not payment was due at this time. The next Tuesday I received a call saying my truck was due from Alex he wouldn’t tell me who he was at first then he pretended as if I did not extend the truck last Saturday. He tells me I’m late I told him I called last Saturday to extend he goes oh yea we tried to call you back but I didn’t have any missed calls he also so numerous voicemails were left but I told him that couldn’t be no voicemail is setup. He then admitted he lied to me and told me he wouldn’t apologize because I was yelling at him because he is lying about the process to extend the rental. I have a commercial account and they’re acting as if I have to rewrite a new contract every week. Which wouldn’t make any sense you never get to just pay the weekly rate Do not rent here"

"Service is wonderful, Kelley and her husband are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The two young men who put up the tent were efficient and nice. The tent was put up early which was wonderful so we could hang lights and get things set up in advance. We rented some tables, chairs, coffee urn, and ice buckets. Everyone worked well - it was lovely all set up with colorful table cloths. They are the best! Definitely recommend their services."
