"I've been living in Ghettobrook for 8 years 2 months I'm up on the 3rd floor, I gave the office my reasonable accommodation because I can not physically go down the stairs with my walker from thev3rd floor, I had back surgery twice and have bad hips, I'm still waiting to be moved. How you gonna have me get my doctor's and housing to do everything and just keep me up on the 3rd floor. That's why you ain't got your rent yet. I'm thankful geisha left the building. She wS a rude women and always was taking people to to court. If I don't get moved I'm making my calls"

"I lived here for about 9 years. I never had any issues. Quiet neighborhood. One thing I didn’t like was when I was in the process of moving someone from the office went into the apartment and stole my sons brand new sneakers. (The property manger called me at work and said another staff member told her I had already moved out. She thought I moved out only because I posted my new home on FB). NOT OKAY!"

"I live with someone who is handicapped that lives in these apartments and they are not very handicapped accessible at all. Staff/housing authority let tenants park right in front of the only accessible area for someone in a wheelchair so it is almost impossible for someone with a disability to move functionally. You should not claim to be handicap accessible if you are not even going to make it accessible/ maintain ice and snow on the ONLY accessible sidewalk someone with a wheelchair can go on. Office staff are not friendly and act like you are an inconvenience if you have any issues. Extremely unprofessional attitude, you probably shouldn't work in customer service if you do not like people. LOL."

"As a result of PTSD from previous management, I had some reservations when the new management started and I, along with my neighbors, made it very difficult for them. The decision to give the new management team a chance was made after I discovered they were professional, helpful, and wonderful. Even though the apartments still need some improvement, things are getting fixed in the correct manner. We appreciate the efforts of Greysha and staff."

"This place needs to be investigated for misconduct!! And the response I got from Legal Aid when they found out who property manager was, was complete shock and dismay. Maya is the only professional reasonable person I have dealt with from here!! Please make her property manager ASAP"
